Our company is comprised of several specialized teams, each focusing on a distinct area of expertise. These teams include plasterers, plasterboard installers, facade workers, and tilers. Each team is led by an experienced team leader with a minimum of 7 years of industry experience, specialized education, and regular participation in training and development programs. We have implemented a comprehensive quality control system at every stage of our projects, which is mandatory across all our sites. Prior to project completion, a final inspection is conducted by our engineer. Our commitment to delivering high-quality work from start to finish is paramount, as we provide a warranty for our services, and our goal is to ensure that warranty issues are minimized.

Delivery of materials
A few days before the start of work, we organize the delivery of all necessary materials

Execution of work, quality control
In accordance with the approved plan, our teams systematically execute the work, proceeding step by step. At the end of each stage, our engineer conducts a comprehensive quality control inspection, addressing and rectifying any detected defects promptly. Upon completion of all work, our team of workers carries out a thorough cleanup, including the disposal of any waste or debris

Handover of work, warranty obligations
In accordance with the pre-agreed plan, the delivery of completed work to the customer occurs either at each stage or after the entire project has been completed. Typically, the customer visits the site and collaborates with our engineer to assess the quality of the work performed. Photo and video documentation are mandatory, and materials are both stored on-site and provided to the customer. In the rare event of warranty issues, our team of craftsmen promptly addresses and rectifies any defects. However, during our ten years of operation, there have been only two instances of warranty claims.
