Handover of work, warranty obligations
In accordance with the pre-agreed plan, the delivery of completed work to the customer occurs either at each stage or after the entire project has been completed. Typically, the customer visits the site and collaborates with our engineer to assess the quality of the work performed. Photo and video documentation are mandatory, and materials are both stored on-site and provided to the customer. In the rare event of warranty issues, our team of craftsmen promptly addresses and rectifies any defects. However, during our ten years of operation, there have been only two instances of warranty claims.
